Salesforce officially given the timeline to retire the workflows and process builders.

1. Spring ‘22: Migration tool with support for Workflow Rules translation to Flow
2. Summer ‘22: Additional support for Process Builder migration
3. Winter ‘23: Official retirement of Workflow Rules and Process Builder. Disable the option to create new rules and processes.
