In this post, we explain one of the Spring ’21 features which is about Multi-Column screen in flows.

REQUIREMENT:

The Sales team manager wants all the sales team to enter certain details as mandatory when they are creating a new contact for an account.

How would I(Salesforce Admin) configure the following action(s) in Salesforce?

  • The ability for Sales users to enter Phone and Birthdate information
  • Validation for Phone field the Birthdate should not be in future
